  • What cities does SaniCare currently service? 

    We service Albuquerque, Los Lunas, and Rio Rancho currently.

  • What hours do your team clean?

    We start cleaning after 4:00 pm or after most of the building’s staff has left for the day.

    We do have some instances where we will clean in the day depending on the situation.

  • What days of the week do you provide services?

    We provide our office cleaning services seven days a week.  SaniCare’s minimum of services is once per week.

  • How much do you charge?

    The short answer is we charge by the hour, equipment and the supplies needed to clean. 

    Some of the variables that affect time are:  size, type of facility, cleaning requirements, types of surfaces to clean, number of people in the facility, labor requirements, etc…

  • Does SaniCare carry insurance?

    Yes, SaniCare carries workman’s compensation insurance and general liability insurance.

  • Does SaniCare use their own supplies?

    Yes, SaniCare maintains all its own equipment, cleaning solutions, towels, mops, vacuums, etc…to clean efficiently and thoroughly.

  • Does SaniCare train and supervise its employees?

    Yes, SaniCare does not subcontract out any of the services that we provide.  We have an in-house training program that all cleaners are required to complete prior to entering your facility and they are trained at your facility.  Cleaners are not left alone until we are certain that the tasks are completed to satisfaction.

  • How do you maintain quality?

    At SaniCare we maintain consistent ongoing communication with the facility administrator by weekly check-ins, quick response to concerns and special requests, regular inspections, and with our geo-fence time keeping system, that lets us know what time they clocked in/out of their location.
